I may not know what it's like to have a broken heart, but I know what it's like to have a lonely, unwanted heart.

And you’re still alive. Alive. A life. Embrace this gift. A bit silly, but seems to stand the test of time; the bitter, the bitter comes with the sweet. Find more sweet!

True or False Fitness: The Power of 8.8.8 → trueorfalsefitness.tumblr.com

trueorfalsefitness:

In Chinese culture, the number 8 is considered to be very lucky; in fact, it sounds similar to the word which means ‘prosper’ or ‘wealth’. That being said, 8-8-8 should be a very good combination of numbers. That might explains why the Beijing Olympic opening ceremony was held on 8/8/08!

To girls who want abs:

funfitfab:

Stop doing ab workouts everyday. Your muscles need a day to rest..all muscles including your abs!! Working out your abs everyday isn’t going to get you that six pack any faster. In fact it might take even longer! You don’t work out your biceps everyday, so why work out your abs everyday?

Question

alonnavictoria:

Does anyone have tips on how to tone up but not get buff?  I do NOT know how to work out and everytime I start working out again, I end up gaining a lot of weight and I look like a female body builder after two months.

Workout as much as you like. Get cut, get toned, then decide to back it off. Do not worry about achieving something (too buff) before you even get started. Attack your workout regimen with all you’ve got and then re-evaluate once the dust (and fat!) starts to settle. Good luck, good lifting!

Sad Parade

1/2 Step Down Capo 1

She dipped as we fell over the hill again

Her heels clicking while we sped ahead

Not one glance back her path constrained

The color, the green, the grass, was sliding away

And so, was she, as we pressed through the asphalt terrain

I remember looking back what a sad parade
